Training with Fit Life Professional Training is not just about the 60min session, we include the complete program at no extra cost to you, providing you with the necessary education to help you can achieve your goals quickly.
We include:
  • Healthy eating plans specific to your body and tastes.
  • A customised exercise program that suits your lifestyle and goals, that you can do at home,outdoors or in a gym.
  • An exercise schedule for you to follow, with your weekly program.
  • Mindset and success strategies to keep you on track with your food and exercise.
  • Regular assessments on body measurements, body composition, muscle balance andexercise improvements.
  • Optional accountability program for additional support (via text messages and email).
